OK here's the deal. The computer is stupid. The tic tac toe game will
only try to block a 3-way or will try to win with a 3-way if it see's one.
Other that that it just moves randomly. So it's easy to trick it!
Only thing is, if you don't pay attention, the computer will never
miss an open 3-way!
Basic Scoring: Win: 75 points, Loss: you lose 250 points. Tie: well,
since the computer is so stupid, you lose 3 points if you can't pull
out the win!
One other thing. If you let the computer start, you win 150 points
for a win! If you start the tictactoe game, you only win 75
points! So it's a strategy call...
About bailing out. You could bail out in the middle of a game. Don't
do it!!! If you do, it treats it as a loss!!!!!!
